UEFA NATIONAL LEAGUE:WALES VS DENMARK MATCH PREVIEW AND PREDICTION

Sitting atop their UEFA Nations League (UNL) group after three matches (W2, L1), Wales welcome Denmark to Cardiff knowing a win would see them win Group B with a game to spare, however a draw would leave them relying on Ireland to pick up a result against their Danish opponents in the final group stage match.



Wales come into the fixture in indifferent form under new manager Ryan Giggs, (W3, D1, L3 - all competitions), which includes a 2-0 defeat to Denmark in the reverse fixture in September. Giggs’s three defeats thus far is as many losses as Wales suffered in the previous 12 games prior to his appointment (W4, D6, L2).
Denmark have not conceded a goal in either of their UNL games so far and five of their previous six matches have finished to nil (all competitions). The Danes have won two of their previous three matches 2-0, winning both halves on each occasion.
In the last four H2H meetings, both sides share two wins each. Three of those four games have finished to nil either way and Wales lost 2-0 in their one previous home game against Denmark.
